Responsibilities

• Lead or support the full execution process, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Prepare and review high-quality pitchbooks, prospectuses, and regulatory filing materials.
• Coordinate with external parties (lawyers, auditors) to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure all deal processes meet internal risk standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Assist senior coverage bankers in client meetings and transaction structuring.
