Job summary

Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited is seeking an experienced investment banking leader based in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, with the ability to identify IPO and M&A opportunities while maintaining long-term client relationships.

You will lead client pitch efforts and mentor junior bankers while demonstrating high standards of professionalism. Master’s degree from a reputable institution is required, and Mandarin language skills are preferred.

• Leverage on the firm’s unique value proposition, mobilize team to initiate transaction ideas and drive key execution milestones

Qualification

• Master’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, business management or other relevant disciplines from a well-established institution
• At least 10 years of investment banking experience and strong sector coverage
• Passion and resilience for business development
• Highly motivated, committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels within the organization
• High standards of professionalism and ethical conduct with integrity
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Mandarin speaker highly preferred
