Job summary

WRISE Group is seeking an Investment Associate to join our dynamic investment team in Hong Kong. You will analyze market trends, support strategic decisions, and contribute to in‑house research and investment platforms for high‑net‑worth clients.

You will work on multi‑asset trade executions, product advisory, and collaboration with sales and distribution teams, gaining exposure to a fast‑paced asset management environment with regulatory compliance focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience within asset management or Wealth Management.
• Holder of SFC Type 1, 4 and 9 licenses.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and product lifecycles and management functions.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling (Excel/VBA) with knowledge of Bloomberg.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings with sales team, providing investment insights and product advisory on portfolio allocation to client.
• Conduct market research, generate investment ideas, and brief sales team on market updates and opportunities.
• Deliver product training to educate sales team to enhance their product knowledge and market understanding.
• Assist senior investment consultants to analyze market trends and develop customized investment proposals for high‑net‑worth clients, incorporating client‑specific requirements and risk parameters into presentation materials.
• Collaborate with business development team and distribution channel in joint client meeting and supporting investment sales activities.
• Execute multi‑asset trade orders across OTC products, fixed income, mutual funds, and structured products, managing the full trade lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
