Job summary

Point72 Asset Management in Hong Kong seeks an Investment Professional Development professional to drive training and support for analysts within the IPD team. You will translate research into practical coaching, organize engagement activities, and deliver targeted guidance to Hong Kong-based investment teams.

Requires 3+ years in public markets, Mandarin and English fluency, and strong communication and project management skills to empower analysts and improve investment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with solid financial training.
• 3+ years in buy-side or sell-side public markets roles.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for discussions and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of public equities, company analysis, and valuation.
• Ability to translate feedback into practical development content.
• Advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Discretion with sensitive investment discussions and development topics.
• Collaborative style engaging investment professionals and control partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate research best practices into practical training and coaching.
