• Lead the expansion of the intimates and bra business unit, focusing on bra pad and sample-driven development.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with global buyers within the intimate apparel sector.
• Translate specific buyer requirements and design concepts into actionable development and production plans.
• Oversee the early-stage setup of sample-driven business operations and production workflows.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and product quality meet international standards.
• Provide regular updates on development progress and business growth targets to senior management.

Job Requirements
