金利香港 is seeking an International Business Development Executive to manage and grow an institutional client portfolio across Southeast Asia and major global hubs. The role focuses on strategic sales initiatives, building new counterparty relationships, and expanding the physical bullion footprint.
You will track gold and precious metals movements, deliver market insights to B2B clients, and oversee onboarding, negotiations, forecasting, and CRM upkeep.
Manage and expand our international institutional client portfolio, with a primary focus on key regional markets across Southeast Asia and global trading hubs.
Identify and execute strategic sales initiatives, build relationships with new institutional counterparties, refiners, and industrial buyers, and expand physical precious metals trading footprint.
Track global gold and precious metals price movements, physical premiums, and macroeconomic trends to deliver actionable market insights and briefings to B2B clients.
Coordinate the entire commercial sales lifecycle, including client onboarding, inquiry handling, contract negotiation, sales forecasting, and CRM system maintenance.
Partner closely with internal Trading, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Risk Management teams to ensure smooth physical deliveries, efficient trade settlement, and compliance.
Assist in organizing client presentations, market research reports, and regional promotional activities to enhance brand presence within the international bullion market.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in international business development, B2B sales, or relationship management - preferably within physical bullion, commodities trading, or financial services.
Demonstrated track record in international B2B account servicing, contract negotiations, and sales reporting.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and sales forecasting tools.
Familiarity with physical precious metals, trading platforms, physical premiums, and supply chain logistics is highly advantageous.
Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin or additional regional languages (e.g., Southeast Asian languages) is a strong advantage for interfacing with global suppliers and regional clients.
Exceptional communication, cross-cultural relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
