Job summary

NIB Creation Limited in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, is seeking a Creative Interior Designer / Project Designer to lead concept development and documentation for hospitality and residential projects.

The role requires strong CAD/Revit skills, fluency in English and Mandarin, and the ability to coordinate with overseas teams; 3–5 years of experience; 5-day work week; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related design based qualification.
• Posses 3-5 years relevant working experience.
• Proficient knowledge of design and planning in hospitality and residential projects.
• Proficient in CAD and/or Revit drafting, 3D rendering skills such as SketchUp and/or 3DMax; Photoshop/InDesign/Microsoft Office, etc.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written). Mandarin would be advantageous.
• Travel overseas for assignments may be required.
• Pleasant personality encouraged.

• Attend & Assist team meetings and coordination on project matters.
