Job summary

James Rice Contracting Company Limited seeks an experienced Interior Designer to lead concept development and deliver construction drawings for corporate office projects. You will handle space planning, tender drawings, and full sets of working/construction drawings, with on-site experience preferred.

The ideal candidate is creative, independent, and able to perform under tight schedules. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3Ds Max is essential, along with strong presentation skills

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of interior design experience, preferably in corporate offices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3Ds Max.
• Experience handling full set of working/construction drawings.
• On-site experience preferred.
• Creative, aggressive, self-motivated & independent.
• Good design sense and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Team work for projects from concepts to completion.

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years or above relevant experience in interior design for Interior Designer and Project designer, preferably in corporate office client

Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3Ds Max, 3D Rendering

Handle full set of working / construction drawings from space planning / concept development / shop drawing review and full set presentation

On site experience is preferred

Creative, aggressive, self-motivated & independent

Good design sense and presentation skills
