Job summary

M.-Moser-Associates-Limited is seeking a senior designer for retail interior and graphic design, with strong BIM modeling capability. The role requires at least five years’ experience, proficiency in Illustrator, SketchUp, and Photoshop, and experience reviewing tenant fit-out plans for mall standards.

You will supervise construction sites, coordinate design stages, and deliver event visuals and collaterals under a short-term contract framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail interior and graphic design, with mall standards.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, SketchUp, Photoshop; BIM experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing tenant fit-out plans for compliance.
• Proven track record in managing MEP design across projects and sectors.
• Knowledge of RIBA plan of work and BSRIA BG6 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review tenants' fitting-out plans for mall compliance.
• Supervise construction sites under Buildings Ordinance (AP stream).
• Coordinate design stages; manage events' visuals and collaterals.
• Lead BIM modeling and design management on diverse projects.
• Support short-term contract deliverables with a focus on balance.

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in retail interior and graphic design
• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, Photoshop
• Review tenants' fitting-out plans for compliance with mall standards
• Proven experience managing MEP design on a variety of projects, sectors & values
• Proven experience with design stage guides (RIBA plan of work, BSRIA Guide BG6)
• Degree holder in EE/ME/BSE or equivalent
• Degree holder in Interior Design or equivalent
• Proficient in design computer software such as Photoshop, AutoCAD, etc.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, Photoshop / equivalent program
• 10 years of relevant architectural design or design management experience
• Certificate or above in Architectural Studies/Building/Construction Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ BIM modeling or relevant experiences
• Supervise construction sites as a TCP-T3 (AP stream) under Buildings Ordinance
