Job summary

Maxim’s Caterers Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated Marketing Officer to support integrated marketing programs for our diverse restaurant and F&B brands. You will plan campaigns, create materials, and coordinate activities with internal teams and external partners.

The role focuses on digital and traditional advertising, content creation, social media, influencer partnerships, and market research. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 1–2 years’ experience are preferred,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, F&B, Retail, FMCG or Advertising is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong interest will also be considered.
• Familiar with the operation of online social platforms and promotion is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, detailed-minded and organized.
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with creative mindset and can-do positive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and collaborate with other departments to manage integrated innovative and creative marketing programs from conceptualization to execution on food products.
• Prepare marketing materials including flyers, poster, booklet, all kinds of advertising materials, etc
• Work closely with various internal and external parties to implement marketing programs online and instore to drive customer engagement, online campaign awareness and in turn maximize brand exposure and profitability
• Participate in implementation of integrated traditional and digital advertising campaign from material coordination, booking & evaluation with media agency and vendors
• Develop creative concepts and produce engaging multimedia content (caption, visuals, short-form videos) to enhance audience engagement, including photo shooting, public relations, social media, digital marketing and influencer marketing
• Coordinate brand research, prepare competitive analysis, assist campaign reviews and provide marketing insights for business development
• Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
