Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Analyst to join a strategic insurance transformation programme aimed at enhancing distribution capabilities and customer-facing technology platforms.

You will gather requirements from business users, write user stories and functional specs, lead UAT, coordinate testing and sign-off, and collaborate closely with business and technology teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience is essential.
• Strong business analysis and UAT experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify business requirements with key stakeholders.
• Create user stories, process documentation and functional requirements.
• Lead and execute end-to-end UAT activities.
• Coordinate testing, defect management and business sign-off.
• Support enhancement requests and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with business and technology teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
