DB Results Limited, a global business and technology consultancy, seeks a Business Analyst with insurance experience to join the team on the business side. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows, document requirements, and drive improvements in insurance projects.

You will liaise between business users, IT, and vendors, contribute to solution design, and help with testing, deployment, and training materials. Strong communication and Cantonese skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Over 1 year of experience as a BA in insurance.
• Experience in project management with deliverables and timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in business English and Cantonese; Mandarin helpful.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
