Job summary

Oliver James Group in Hong Kong partners with a leading insurance organization to hire an experienced Business Analyst to support large-scale transformation across Digital, Operations, Core System, and Pension.

You will gather requirements, run workshops, deliver BRDs and user stories, and work with project managers and technology teams to ensure timely delivery. UAT support, process improvements, and quality outcomes are expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience in the insurance industry.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English.
• Experience delivering business and system change projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT support.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to understand business needs and processes.
• Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Work closely with business users, project managers, and technology teams to deliver project objectives.
• Support UAT planning, test execution, defect tracking, and implementation activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
