Job summary

ConnectedSolutions invites a Test Analyst to join a major Insurance Transformation programme. You will perform UAT, SIT, regression and end-to-end testing, ensuring quality of new systems and processes.

You will develop and maintain test plans, cases and scripts, execute manual and automated tests, manage defects, and collaborate with business users, BAs, developers, and project teams to validate requirements and achieve sign-off.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or Testing roles, covering manual and automation testing.
• Insurance industry experience is required; broader financial services experience is desirable.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and testing lifecycles.
• Experience with test management and automation tools.
• Fluent English is essential; Cantonese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute UAT, SIT, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test evidence.
• Perform both manual and automated testing and support defect management.
• Work closely with business users, BAs, developers, and project teams to validate requirements and expected outcomes.
• Track, report, and retest defects through to resolution.
• Support test execution, reporting, and sign-off activities.
