Job summary

Hong Kong Baptist Hospital invites high calibre candidates for a role in Insurance Coordination and Billing. The position requires a degree in business or health management, at least five years in sales or account management in healthcare or insurance, and strong bilingual communication in English and Chinese.

You will support pre-authorization processes, stakeholder inquiries, and help establish an efficient patient-centered operations framework within the hospital's insurance and billing dept.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in healthcare or insurance.
• Assist department head to establish a clear, efficient, patient-centered framework for Insurance Coordination and Billing.
• Support the entire insurance pre-authorization process.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders such as insurance companies, clients or patients.
• Strong understanding of HK healthcare and insurance landscape, regulations and trends.
• Proficient in English and Chinese Word Processing with good communication and customer service skills.

• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong healthcare and insurance landscape, including the key players, regulations, and industry trends
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including English and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication, negotiation and customer services skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
