Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to handle inquiries via telephone, email and online platforms, delivering courteous and accurate responses to customers. The role focuses on hotline operations, documentation of call activities and collaboration with partners to resolve issues.

You will also perform administrative tasks, follow up on items, and support other duties as assigned to meet service objectives. Licenses for IA/MPFA are encouraged for progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in Insurance / Customer Service / hotline service.
• Hands-on experience in customer service and handling inquiries.
• Basic insurance or MPF knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, or online platform.
• Hotline Operation: document call activities and coordinate with partners to resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor to meet operational requirements.
