Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, or online platforms. The role involves hotline operations, documentation of call activities, and collaboration with partners to resolve complaints across insurance-related services.

The position requires secondary education with several years of experience in customer service or insurance, and licensing knowledge (IA/MPFA) may be required for regulated activities.

Qualifications

• Secondary education graduate with 4 years working experience.
• Candidates with higher academic qualification or more relevant working experience may be considered as Customer Service Advisor.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in Insurance / Customer Service / hotline service.
• Hands-on experience in customer service.
• Basic insurance or MPF knowledge would be definitely an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handles customer enquiries via Hotline Operation (for different line of business) and via telephone, email, or online platform.
• Documents call activities in system and logs follow-up items.
• Works with Business Partners to resolve complaints and ensure service quality.
• Performs other responsibilities periodically assigned by supervisor.
