Job summary

MoneyHero Group in Hong Kong is looking for an Associate for Direct Sales (Insurance) to support motor insurance operations. You will handle quotation inquiries, assist with applications, renewals, and claims processing while delivering expert advice to clients.

The role requires Cantonese fluency with good English and Mandarin, and the position operates on a hybrid schedule. Two years in motor insurance and proficiency with MS Office, Acrobat and messaging tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Passes in five HKCEE subjects (Math, Chinese, English)
• Or Level 2/HKDSE six subjects including core Chinese, English, Math
• IIQE Paper I & II mandatory
• At least two years of motor insurance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat, Outlook, WhatsApp Web
• Able to work in a hybrid shift-based environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and address motor insurance quotation enquiries
• Facilitate insurance applications, policy management, renewals, and claims processing
• Deliver professional insurance analysis and expert advice to clients
