Job summary

MoneyHero Group in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate for Direct Sales (Insurance) to help grow our motor insurance operations. You will assist customers with quotations, guide applications, and provide expert insurance advice—working in a hybrid setup and across shifting schedules.

The role requires at least two years in motor insurance, fluent Cantonese, and strong English and Mandarin communication, with solid time management and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• HKCEE five subjects including Mathematics, Chinese and English
• Or HKDSE six subjects with core Chinese, English and Mathematics
• IIQE Paper I & II mandatory

About The Job

The role of the Associate, Direct Sales (Insurance) is one of the most challenging and rewarding roles in MoneyHero HK. To support our expanding motor insurance operations, we are seeking a dedicated Associate for our Direct Sales team.

The Associate, Direct Sales (Insurance) Will Be Responsible For

• Manage and address motor insurance quotation enquiries from customers
• Facilitate insurance applications, policy management, renewals, and claims processing
• Deliver professional insurance analysis and expert advice to clients

In This Role, We Are Looking For Someone With

• Minimum academic qualifications including:
  • Passes in five HKCEE subjects (Grade E / Level 2 or above), including Mathematics, Chinese, and English;
  • Or Level 2 / Grade E or above in six HKDSE subjects, including the three core subjects (Chinese, English, and Mathematics);
  • Successful completion of IIQE Paper I & II is mandatory.
• At least two years of relevant experience within the motor insurance sector
• Fluent Cantonese with proficiency in conversational English and Mandarin
• Excellent time management, a proactive attitude, and strong collaborative skills
• Proficient in digital tools including Microsoft Office, Acrobat, Outlook, and WhatsApp Web
• The position requires working on a shift basis in a hybrid work environment.
