The contract is a 1-year renewable arrangement with a 9-hour roster (9:00–19:00) on weekdays and alternate Saturdays, offering a steady Hong Kong salary package and opportunities to grow within the insurance services domain.

Qualifications

• High school graduate (Matriculated) or above.
• 1–10 years in customer service, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Outbound call center experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls for policy servicing, verification, post-sale checks, and special campaigns.
• Customer Support: Clearly explain basic policy details, answer enquiries, and handle customer objections professionally.
• Documentation & Escalation: Log call outcomes accurately in systems and escalated complex cases to relevant teams.
• Compliance & Quality: Follow call scripts, maintain data confidentiality, and meet daily targets and quality standards.
