The role covers testing lifecycles, UAT, data analysis, and delivering system enhancements to meet regulatory requirements, with a focus on finance transformation and insurance processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in insurance and financial services.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL knowledge for data extraction and validation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and offshore developers to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test planning, UAT execution, defect tracking, and system validation.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and solution implementation to ensure business and regulatory requirements are met.
