Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equity Division invites applicants to join the Early Careers Program in Hong Kong. This 12-month training pathway provides hands-on, on‑the‑job experience with rotations across core front-office product areas and adjacent functions.

Participants will develop technical and commercial skills, build a strong professional network, and gain practical insight into how institutional equity markets operate. High performers may transition to full-time roles upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or equivalent.
• Strong interest in finance and markets.
• Desire to build a long-term front-office career.
• Analytical, adaptable, collaborative with strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month structured training program.
• Rotate across Sales, Trading, Prime Brokerage, Structuring, Research/Strategy, Analytics, and Business Control Unit.
• Gain hands-on exposure to products and services across IED.
• Work with experienced professionals in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Develop technical and commercial skills for front-office roles.
• Top performers may be considered for full-time roles at program end.
