Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 0-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to self-direct, analyze and form independent judgments.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting in building and maintaining the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts.
• Collect and organize the needs and requirements of target customers.
• Take ownership of follow-up on new account opening requests and conduct periodic client account reviews.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, and Operations to ensure completeness and quality of client services.
• Submit customer requests and provide progress updates to superiors.
