Job summary

GF Holdings (Hong Kong) Corporation Ltd is seeking a professional to maintain and develop institutional and HNW client relationships in asset management, supporting strategic growth. You will manage marketing collaterals, research peer fund performance, and assist in setting up segregated portfolios and offshore structures by drafting essential legal documents.

Requires a Master’s degree, 3–5 years in client servicing or sales support, Bloomberg Terminal and MS Office proficiency, and Mandarin

Qualifications

• Master degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of client servicing, sales support, or operations in asset management, wealth management, or institutional banking.
• High proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and project management; collaborate with legal, compliance, and investment teams.
• Good language skills, including written Chinese and spoken Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop institutional and HNW client relationships for asset management.
• Manage marketing collaterals, including pitch books, fact sheets, and presentation decks to support the business development pipeline.
• Research peer fund performance, asset size, strategies, and service structures to provide tailored client solutions.
• Assist in setting up segregated portfolios and offshore structures (e.g., Cayman-listed funds) by drafting and revising legal documents including IMAs, Master PPMs, and SPPMs.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and investment teams.
