Job summary

CWS - Cornerstone Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead large-scale Data Centre Build and Migration programs across APAC. This high-visibility contract role involves coordinating global teams across complex infrastructure environments from Hong Kong.

The role drives end-to-end delivery of build, migration, and network transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment with APAC, EMEA, and US groups, and requires 7+ years in IT infrastructure project

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to drive large-scale Data Centre Build & Migration programs across APAC. This is a high-visibility role working across global teams and complex infrastructure environments.

• Duration: 6-month contract (starting August 2026, extendable)
• Engagement: Contract

Role Overview

You will act as the central program coordinator for APAC data centre initiatives owning delivery across build, migration, and network transformation workstreams while ensuring alignment across APAC, EMEA, and US teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end project plans (Gantt charts) for data centre build, migration, and network upgrades
• Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, vendors, and telco providers
• Manage equipment migration planning, dependencies, and timelines
• Oversee circuit activations, cabling schedules, and infrastructure readiness
• Maintain RAID logs, trackers, and project documentation
• Act as the primary APAC point of contact for infrastructure delivery

Core Skills & Expertise

• 7+ years in IT Infrastructure Project Management
• Strong experience in Data Centre Build / Migration Programs
• Hands-on with Project Management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Experience managing vendors & third-party providers
• Ability to operate across global time zones (APAC, EMEA, US)
• Deep understanding of:
• – Server Infrastructure
• – Structured Cabling & DC Operations

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated / financial services environments
• Exposure to co-location data centre environments (e.g., Equinix)
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification
