Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator to support building materials projects in Hong Kong. The role involves coordinating with consultants, clients and main contractors, and liaising with factories to ensure timely delivery.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of construction project experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project, and good written and spoken English and Chinese. Immediate availability preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
• Knowledge in curtain wall works or interior design advantageous.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend project coordination meetings with consultants, clients and main contractors.
• Coordinate shop drawings with the design team.
• Conduct on-site supervision of execution to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Liaise with factories and suppliers to ensure quality, schedule and on-time delivery of materials.
