Job summary

Glory Family Heritage, a Hong Kong-based independent financial advisory platform, holds insurance and SFC-regulated licenses. Advisers are not tied to any single product line and deliver client-centric 360-degree wealth management across insurance, investments, and identity/residency planning.

We offer a dedicated research and back-office team, uncapped earning potential through performance-based commissions, full-stack support, and a multi-jurisdictional product shelf spanning Hong Kong,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, or related disciplines
• 3+ years of wealth management or related client-facing experience
• Hold or willing to obtain SFC licenses and/or IIQE qualifications
• Excellent communication and proactive client-service mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and serve mid-to-high-net-worth and high-net-worth clients, building and maintaining long-term trusted relationships.
• Provide comprehensive asset allocation solutions tailored to client needs, covering insurance protection, investment planning, and identity/residency planning.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering ongoing professional advice and market insights.
• Actively expand client networks and referral channels to drive sustained business growth.
