Glory Family Heritage leads a global wealth ecosystem. This leadership role centers on channel development, market expansion, and AI-enabled marketing within an insurance-driven wealth platform.

Qualifications

15+ years in wealth management or insurance with marketing and channel leadership.
5+ years senior leadership with direct team management and P&L ownership.
Experience across offshore markets (e.g., HK, SG, US) in wealth/insurance.
Strong expertise integrating insurance with wealth planning offerings.

Responsibilities

Own the full P&L of the Glory business and drive annual commercial strategy against core targets.
Lead growth initiatives across new sales, renewals, and premium mix optimization.
Build and manage an omnichannel distribution model with internal and external partners.
Design channel incentives and strengthen frontline RM engagement and conversions.
Lead Marketing Center and AI-enabled marketing transformation across channels.
