Job summary

Euroclear in Hong Kong is seeking an EB Operations Analyst focusing on Income Pre-Payment to ensure accurate income data across providers, documents, and our systems. You will collaborate with Client Service to handle income-related queries, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to continuous improvements of operational processes in a fast‑paced securities environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to identify root causes.
• Team player with clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptive, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in banking or securities operations preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel with advanced functions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve income data discrepancies between service providers, official securities documents, and internal database.
• Collaborate with Client Service to support income-related queries in a client-focused, professional way.
• Proactively challenge and follow up with service providers on timeliness or accuracy of income information.
• Maintain a continuous-improvement mindset and structurally challenge processes to enhance operations.
