You will collaborate with Client Service to handle income-related queries, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to continuous improvements of operational processes in a fast‑paced securities environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in banking or securities operations preferred.

• Analyse and resolve any Income data discrepancies between information received from service providers, the official securities documents, and our internal database
• Collaborate with Client Service team to provide support on income ‑ related queries in a client ‑ focused and professional way
• Proactively challenge and follow up with service providers on any issues related to the timeliness or accuracy of income information.
• Have a continuous ‑ improvement mindset and be comfortable to structurally challenge, speak up, and explore ways to improve our operational processes.
