Job summary

The English Schools Foundation (ESF) in Hong Kong seeks an Adviser – Student Support Services to lead inclusive education initiatives, partner with school leaders, and strengthen practices from Kindergarten to Year 6 through to Year 13. The role focuses on embedding neuro-affirming, accessible learning environments and coordinating with learning diversity teams for sustainable impact.

Qualifications

• Must have recognised teaching qualification with school-based experience in kindergarten and/or primary.
• Extra qualification in special education or inclusive education is highly desirable.
• Minimum of four years’ experience leading inclusive education or student support in early years.
• Experience in system improvement, policy implementation or leading change initiatives is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategic development and review of inclusion, learning diversity, and student support policies from Kindergarten to Year 13.
• Evolve inclusive education model in line with Vision 2030 and related priorities; ensure developmentally appropriate practices.
• Prepare reports and strategic communications for senior leadership as required.
• Develop partnerships with ESF schools to build leadership capacity in inclusive practice.
