Job summary

ESF Educational Services Limited is recruiting SEN Educational Assistants for kindergartens in Hong Kong for August 2026. The role involves supporting teachers to deliver engaging lessons and assisting students who require extra help inside and outside the classroom.

You will also help with administrative tasks related to lesson plans, contribute to students' social development, and support pupils with diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent is required.
• English national qualifications framework level 2 or higher is required.
• School experience is preferred but not essential.
• Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or have a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

We are now recruiting Supply Learning Diversity (SEN) Educational Assistants for Kindergartens for August 2026. This is a casual need basis vacancy. Applicants will only be contacted when needs or vacancies arise.

Brief Job Overview

As an SEN Educational Assistant at one of our kindergartens, you will be tasked with assisting teachers deliver world class education lessons to our talented students. You will assist students who require extra support in and out of the classroom as well as helping teachers with administrative tasks related to their lesson plan each lesson. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to engage with students on a regular basis and support them with developing their social skills. You will also play a crucial part in the holistic development of students as they complete their early education. In addition to these tasks, you will also have the opportunity to work with students who have diverse learning needs.

General Requirements

At least 2 years GCSE (pass A-C) or equivalent in Maths and English and at least level 2 of the English national qualifications framework. Relevant experiences in schools is preferred but not essential. Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.
