Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an engineering professional to support the production, assembly, testing, and delivery of unmanned systems across vendor and in-house workshop sites. The role focuses on coordinating contractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and meeting project timelines.

You will work with Project Managers and engineering teams to support project delivery, maintain production standards, and assist assembly, integration, and fabrication of mechanical and electrical

Qualifications

• Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in assembly, production, and testing of unmanned systems, sub-assemblies, or related products.
• Defence industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and schematics.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities, schedules, resources, and contractors to meet project milestones.
• Work with Project Managers and engineering teams to support project delivery.
• Ensure quality, safety, and production standards are maintained.
• Support assembly, integration, and fabrication of mechanical and electrical components.
• Perform/support FAI, FAT, and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS).
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and production teams.
• Identify issues and support corrective actions and continuous improvement.
