Job summary

English Schools Foundation’s Sha Tin Junior School seeks a Teacher Leader for Teaching, Learning and Inclusion, starting August 2027, on a 2-year full-time contract renewable by mutual consent. You will lead and develop teaching practices, support curriculum and professional learning, and drive school-wide improvement in line with ESF and IB/PYP principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Education, or Bachelor Degree in any subjects with PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate of Education), or equivalent.
• Evidence of further professional study e.g. Masters in Education.
• Recent IB/PYP and middle leadership experience is essential.
• Strong evidence of a robust understanding of teaching and learning.
