Job summary

Bridge Elite Education Limited in Hong Kong is seeking freelance tutors specializing in Mathematics and Physics to support IB, IGCSE, and A‑Level students. Based in Causeway Bay, you will deliver tailored one‑to‑one sessions and manage your own schedule on a casual basis.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Mathematics or Physics, have secondary school tutoring experience, and can adapt to IB/IGCSE/A‑Level requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Mathematics or Physics.
• Experience tutoring Mathematics and/or Physics to secondary students.

Responsibilities

About the role
We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Freelance Tutors specialising in Mathematics and/or Physics to join Bridge Elite Education Limited on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified educators and subject experts to make a meaningful impact on students' academic journeys whilst maintaining flexibility in their schedule. Based in Causeway Bay, you will work with students preparing for IB, IGCSE, and A-Level examinations, delivering tailored tuition sessions that foster understanding, confidence, and academic success. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about their subject and enjoy working with diverse learners in a dynamic, results-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

Delivering engaging, one-to-one tuition sessions in Mathematics and/or Physics to students studying IB, IGCSE, and A-Level curricula

Assisting students with examination preparation, including past paper practice, revision strategies, and time management techniques

Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement

Maintaining professional, organised records of student attendance and academic development

What we're looking for

Degree-level qualification in Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related subject

Experience teaching or tutoring Mathematics and/or Physics to secondary students is highly desirable

Demonstrable expertise in IB, IGCSE, and/or A-Level curricula and examination specifications is beneficial but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and parents

Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take responsibility for lesson planning and preparation

Professional, reliable, and punctual approach to tutoring commitments

Experience with online tutoring platforms or hybrid teaching models is beneficial but not essential
