Job summary

All Round Education Academy is seeking an IBDP ESS tutor for part-time and full-time roles. You will deliver interactive ESS lessons across IB/GCSE/A-Level curricula, employing Socratic methods to foster deep understanding and exam readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Teaching experience in IB/GCSE/A-Level with a proven score-improvement track record is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach interactive lessons aligned with IB/GCSE/A-Level curriculums.
• Use Socratic methods to engage students and assess understanding.
• Provide feedback to students and parents and track progress.
• Assist in creating proprietary teaching material for All Round Education Academy.
• Analyze past papers to forecast potential pitfalls and improve scores.

We are looking for qualified and driven tutors to join our team of educators. Job Description:

Preparing and teaching interactive lessons focused on allowing students to build a solid foundation within the topics specified in the IB, A Level & IGCSE Curriculums

Using a variety of effective techniques to allow the student to conceptualize topics and to enhance their learning such as preparing A* vs B/C sample responses and breaking down why one response will be marked higher than the others

Building great student/teacher relationships and being a helpful team member within the team

Using a variety of effective techniques to allow students to build up their exam-taking skills using past paper exams

Using the Socratic approach to ensure students are engaged and are learning effectively within the lessons

Assisting in the creation of proprietary course/teaching material to be used exclusively at All Round Education Academy

Assisting in analyzing past paper trends in order to forecast potential pitfalls students may face in achieving top grades

Providing clear and constructive feedback to students and parents

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA

Excellent Academic background

Teaching experience in IB/GCSE/A-Level with a proven record of score improvements among past students is a plus

Passionate in teaching students, patient and creative

Fresh graduates with impressive academic backgrounds will also be considered

High achieving undergraduate and/or postgraduate candidates who are still at university are also encouraged to apply in a part-time setting
