Lloyd Karson International is seeking an HVAC Design and Build Project Manager to lead complex projects on schedule and within budget. The role requires hands-on site management, coordination with clients and stakeholders, and thorough documentation control.

You will oversee progress, submit drawings and equipment proposals, manage subcontractors, and ensure smooth handover with all terms met. A degree in Building Service Engineering and at least five years' HVAC experience are essential, with

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Building Service Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of HVAC project experience.
• Familiar with AutoCAD drawing and MS Office.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Strong English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Manage HVAC project progress, budget, manpower, and cost.
• Perform site-in-charge and coordinate site work with clients and stakeholders.
• Submit equipment/material/drawings and documentation for client approval.
• Handle internal project initiation and ordering to subcontractors/suppliers.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for work and supply schedules.
• Handover site to client with T&C completed.
• Perform other duties as directed by superiors.
