Aquis Search Limited is seeking an HR Operations Specialist (Asset Management) to support the full employee lifecycle and help build an efficient, people-focused HR function in Hong Kong.

The role emphasizes onboarding, attendance management, record-keeping, data reporting, and collaboration on recruitment, development, and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably within financial services, asset management, banking, or other Chinese-funded organizations.
• Good understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR operational processes.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; Cantonese proficiency is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems; familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, internal transfers, promotions, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience.
• Administer attendance and leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies and Hong Kong employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, including personnel files and employee data, ensuring information is up to date and confidential.
• Prepare regular HR reports and analyze workforce data, including headcount, employee movements, and other key HR metrics to support business decision-making.
• Support HR initiatives across recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and other people-related projects.
• Assist in driving continuous improvements to HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
