We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our HR function and support the firm's continued growth. This role oversees key HR activities, supports employee development, ensures compliance with employment regulations, and assists with office administration.

Human Resources
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
Advise management on HR policies, employee relations, and people-related matters.
Maintain HR policies, employee records, and HR documentation.
Oversee payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
Compliance & Employee Relations
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment laws and company policies.
Handle employee inquiries and workplace matters professionally and confidentially.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
Administration & Operations
Oversee general office administration and facilities management.
Coordinate vendors, office services, and procurement activities.
Support staff activities and internal communications.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years' relevant HR experience, preferably within financial services or professional services.
Experience across a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR system initiation and maintenance, and payroll administration.
Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices.
Experience handling office administration is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-driven approach.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
