The successful candidate will assist on payroll processing, MPF administration, salaries tax filing, HR advisory, visa applications, and employee benefits, while gaining exposure to HRIS systems and client-focused HR solutions.

Assist our multinational clients by providing the highest levels of support across all aspects of human resources administration; including but not limited to core duties of payroll processing, arranging autopay, MPF administration, salaries tax filing, general HR advisory and other HR administration duties such as e-leave management, employment visa application, employee benefits administration.
Ensure high accuracy and seamless end-to-end payroll processing, making payments along with other HR administrative duties.
Our clients are multinational and diversified, providing exposure to different working styles and culture. Provide HR advice in a flexible way and client-focused manner to meet their varied needs.
Assist on the e-leave management, e-MPF system, HR payroll & different kinds of HRIS system.
Ability to review and comment on HR documentation and emails in fluent English, to discuss with senior team members and advise clients on HR matters and issues as they arise
Handle internal administration to ensure proper internal controls and full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
With opportunities to work with senior team member to handle HR advisory on employee relationship issues, review on employment contract, HR letters, Employee Handbook & HR policies and complicated HR advisory enquiries.
With opportunities to working with other payroll partners in other regions and gain exposure to APAC payroll processing.
Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Associate Degree or above in Human Resources Management / Business Administration/ Accounting or relevant discipline is preferable
Fresh Graduate candidates are welcome to be considered for a Trainee position. Comprehensive training program shall be provided for career development.
1-3 years solid experience in HR functions with direct Payroll experience shall be considered for an Administrator position.
Highest level of personal responsibility and collaborate with other team members
Organized, attentive to details with solid numerical skills, adaptive to changes
Strong ability to understand clients' enquiries and requests, with analytical skills to provide appropriate HR advice and solutions.
Eager to learn and passionate about Outsourcing Payroll
Strong PC skills with the ability to learn and navigate different HRIS systems.
Well versed in employment ordinance, taxation, MPF & other legal regulations. We shall provide training with less experienced candidates.
Excellent multi-tasking skills to meet tight schedules
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Immediate availability is an advantage
