A global luxury retail corporation seeks an HR Business & Systems Analyst to oversee employee systems and provide functional support for Workday and HR Cube systems in the Asia Pacific region. The role requires excellent analytical skills, vendor management experience, and knowledge in HRIS and payroll systems. Candidates should have a university degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience. You will manage application support, collaborate across teams, and ensure effective data interfaces management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst for employee systems.
• Experience in HRIS, Payroll, Workflow Management support.
• Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee application support for employee systems including HRIS and Payroll.
• Functional support of the Workday & HR Cube systems for APAC.
• Collaborate with integration teams for data interfaces management.
