Job summary

The Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking an HR Associate to partner with Regional HRBPs across Corporate Functions and Private Wealth in the Singapore/Hong Kong region.

The role emphasizes execution, data preparation, and high-quality follow‑through on defined workstreams to support priority talent initiatives. Initial responsibilities focus on hands-on execution, coordination, and the development of materials, dashboards, and insights to inform HR decisions and stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to organize data and identify patterns.
• Interest in analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve analysis quality and speed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional HRBPs in advancing key talent and organizational priorities, including performance management, engagement, diversity, mobility, onboarding integration, and other people initiatives.
• Coordinate inputs, track follow-ups, and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, summaries, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Prepare clear, concise materials for HRBP discussions and ensure accuracy and structure.
