Job summary

Blackstone Hong Kong Private Wealth is seeking an Associate to support distributor relationships with global and regional private banks in Hong Kong, accelerating adoption of Blackstone investment solutions.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with alternative investments, and the ability to interface with the firm’s Private Wealth group across legal, product, operations, and marketing functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• SFC Licenses (if not, need to obtain after joining).
• ~4–5 years of financial services experience, preferably with exposure to alternative investments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of client service by responding to inquiries and coordinating with colleagues across Blackstone and Private Wealth to resolve issues.
• Provide strong support to the fundraising cycle end-to-end by collaborating with global and local teams on onboarding, product launches and post-launch services.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand and articulate Blackstone’s sophisticated products (fund objectives, terms, exposures, characteristics, positioning, performance).
