Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the organisation's HR function and employee lifecycle in support of business growth. You will partner with senior management to implement strategic HR initiatives and drive a high-performance culture across a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law; Australian law knowledge advantageous.
• Broad HR experience across recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
• Experience within a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience supporting a global workforce in a high-growth context.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Native-level written and spoken English.
• On-Site work environment in Asia.

The Human Resources Manager will lead the organisation’s HR function and employee lifecycle management to support business growth and organisational development. This role specializes in partnering with senior management to implement strategic HR initiatives, ensuring a high-performance culture within a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

The HR Manager reports to senior leadership and oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR operations, and compliance across Australia and Hong Kong. Success in this role involves developing and maintaining HR strategies and policies aligned with the organisation’s global workforce, fostering a strong, compliant, and engaged culture.
