Huatai-Pcg Asset Management Limited in Hong Kong invites applications for a Recruitment & HR Operations specialist. The role covers full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, and employee relations to support steady team expansion.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HK HR experience, familiarity with local labor laws (MPF, tax, insurance) and asset management exposure; fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, with English as a working language.
• Recruitment Management:Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of various positions in the Hong Kong subsidiary. Execute talent acquisition in line with business and licensed development needs, including channel maintenance, candidate screening, interview arrangement to support steady team expansion.
• Daily HR Operations:Manage routine HR affairs including employee onboarding & offboarding, attendance and leave management and employee relations, resolve daily employee HR inquiries and maintain stable team operation.
• Visa & Cross-border HR Management:Handle application and renewal of Hong Kong employment visas for eligible employees; coordinate and complete all cross-border administrative procedures for parent company staff stationed and working in Hong Kong to ensure compliant manpower arrangement.
• Benefits Administration:Provide professional advice, implement and manage local commercial insurance and employee benefit schemes in Hong Kong, including insurance enrollment, renewal, claim support and daily benefit consultation, to build a standardized local welfare system suitable for company operation.
• Ad-hoc Tasks:Complete other HR-related work and temporary special tasks assigned by superiors.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Accounting, Computer Science and other related disciplines is preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of full-cycle HR working experience in Hong Kong; candidates with HR experience in public funds, asset management and securities industries are highly preferred, with in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong financial talent market and local HR compliance requirements.
• Professional Competencies: Familiar with Hong Kong labor laws, MPF, employee insurance, tax and other local HR policies; data analysis skills are preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; English as a working language with proficient oral and written English communication skills.
• Personal Qualities: Meticulous, responsible, honest and reliable; equipped with excellent communication, expression and coordination capabilities, good team spirit, professional literacy, as well as strict compliance and confidentiality awareness required by the financial industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Office software.
