CTT Innovation Limited, Hong Kong, seeks a capable HR generalist to support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and compliance. You will work closely with line managers, guiding manpower planning and cross-border employment from Mainland China to HK while ensuring accurate salary disbursement and data protection.
The role requires a degree in Business Administration or HRM, at least 2 years in talent acquisition or HR operations, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in full-cycle recruitment, from job ads and selection to onboarding and team administrative supports
Manage offboarding / the full exit procedure, including but not limited to processing resignations, preparing termination letters, and handling final salary & benefit calculations, coordinating the return of all company assets like laptops, access keys and revoking all system access (email, internal platforms) to protect sensitive data
Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to compensation and benefits, monthly payroll calculations, MPF administration, leave management, tax administration and ensure salary disbursement is accurate and on time.
Administer compliance, internal controls, and legal-related matters, including contract coordination, document control, record keeping, and liaison with internal and external parties.
Work closely with line managers to provide professional advice on recruitment strategies/manpower planning to support business operations
Handling staff matters, labour dispute, injury and complaint cases
Support company events, meetings, and corporate activities.
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration, HRM or other related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR operations
A presentable team player with high initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and a willing-to-learn attitude
Solid knowledge of Hong Kong employment ordinance, MPF, and payroll administration.
Candidates with experience managing cross-border employment from Mainland China to Hong Kong are highly desirable. Key areas of focus include regulatory compliance, visa sponsorship, payroll integration, and employee relations. Prior experience in these areas is considered a strong advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Positive attitude, proactive mindset and willingness to embrace change;
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement;
Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly preferred.
