Job summary

Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee standards across bedrooms, bathrooms, valet, cleaning and linen services. You will allocate rooms, supervise inspections and collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to meet guest and hotel needs.

The role offers opportunities to lead a team, develop operations, and contribute to a premium guest experience in a flagship HK property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity;
• Can demonstrate the ability to interact with guests, employees and business associates;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Floor Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures in relation to bedroom, bathroom, valet, cleaning, and linen service;
• Perform room allocations and room inspections;
• Liaise with Front Office and Engineering Department for both guest and hotel requirements;
• Manage storage areas.
