Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee Room Attendants, ensure cleanliness standards, and manage inspections of VIP, vacant, occupied, and check-out rooms. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining supplies, coordinating work orders, and reporting incidents to management.

Responsibilities

• Collect room and floor status report sheets for assigned work areas and assign room to Room Attendants
• Supervise Room Attendants in assigned work areas
• Provide appropriate trainings to Room Attendants as to achieve Four Seasons' standards of cleanliness in guest rooms
• Inspect guest rooms, including VIP, vacant, occupied and check-out rooms
• Ensure sufficient supplies on the guest floor and the hallways, stairwells, elevator, service area, and guest room doors, tracks, linen closets and armoires are maintained according to standards
• Coordinate work orders in assigned areas, complete the required reports and follow up on inspections
• Inform Housekeeping Management for any unusual events / incidents
• Work with different departments to maintain smooth operations and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain the upkeep of all bedspreads, draperies, carpet cleaning, sheers, bed skirts, and furniture refinishing
• Handle all lost and found items according to procedure
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
