Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team in a luxury city-center setting. You will support daily room readiness, help maintain spotless standards, and contribute to guest comfort with a professional, courteous approach.

Requirements include 2 years of relevant experience, fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and solid computer skills. We offer comprehensive training and opportunities to develop within a globally renowned hospitality brand.

• 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Good knowledge of computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute room assignments, task sheets, and workload schedules for Room Attendants and Housekeeping staff
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, addressing issues and taking appropriate corrective action
• Maintain housekeeping records including attendance, inventory logs, lost & found items, and cleaning checklists
