Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a capable bartender with strong cocktail knowledge and bar experience. You will engage with guests, describe menu items, and take orders while maintaining bar station operations and timely service.

Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is highly valued. The role requires multitasking under pressure, cooperation with team members, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What you will do:

In depth product and bar knowledge, in order to engage with guests and deliver the right experience

Classic cocktail knowledge; able to work and perform under pressure and multitask in a competitive environment

Describe the menu items to guests, offer suggestions, take guest orders. In charge of bar stations opening and closing procedures

Using the point-of-sales system, coordinate food timings, items delivery to the guests in a timely manner

Properly and accurately close guest checks, process payments
